Spring School “Characterization and Modeling of Radiation Effects in CMOS Technologies and Design of Rad-hard Circuits and Systems”: In the framework of EU-H2020-Twinning project ELICSIR, the Spring School will be organized from 20th to 22nd April, 2020, at IHP, Frankfurt (Oder). The Spring School is aimed to provide a comprehensive training, through the lectures of renowned experts, on characterization and modeling of radiation effects and design of radiation hardened electronic circuits and systems. The targeted participants are PhD and MSc students as well as postdocs and researchers from the ELICSIR partners, but also anybody involved in related fields is welcome to attend the event. The Spring School is limited to 20 participants to ensure a high quality of training. Participants will be selected by the program chair and the instructors of this program. Applicants are required to be enrolled in M.Sc. or PhD studies (or equivalent) or have a degree in Physics, Materials Science, Computer Sciences or Electrical Engineering.
